Welcome to The Compliance Office (TCO)! 

From a compliance standpoint the life cycle of an employee includes, among other things, three distinct events: hiring, election of benefits, and termination of employment.  Each of these three events trigger a compliance document or set of documents that must be provided to the employee and any covered dependent of that employee in a timely fashion.  With TCO as your compliance partner you are assured that all compliance documents will be processed promptly, accurately, and professionally. 

For TCO to keep you in compliance you must communicate the occurrence of these trigger events to us in a timely fashion. This is done through TCO’s BenefitPlan Manager which is accessible from this custom designed site provided to you by TCO.  Instructions for administering the three distinct events mentioned above are located on the left navigation bar under Important Tasks.  We've also included a link to the possible consequences of failing to comply with HIPAA and COBRA mandates.
